نگراني ايجاد تورم انتظاري از اجراي لايحه هدفمند كردن يارانه‌ها تخميني است

خبرگزاري فارس: معاون پارلماني رئيس جمهور در خصوص نگراني‌ها برخي درباره تورم انتظاري پس از اجراي لايحه هدفمند كردن يارانه‌ها، گفت: اين گونه نگراني‌ها معمولا تخميني است و اگر قانون هدفمند كردن يارانه‌ها بصورت كامل اجرا شود جاي نگراني نيست.

به گزارش خبرنگار پارلماني خبرگزاري فارس، حجت‌الاسلام و المسلمين محمد رضا ميرتاج‌الديني معاون پارلماني رئيس جمهور كه صبح امروز در نهاد رياست جمهوري در خصوص اهداف سفر اخير خود به لبنان براي حضور در همايش حمايت از مقاومت با خبرنگاران سخن مي‌گفت، با بيان اينكه بيش از 2 هزار شخصيت سياسي حاوي مقاومت از اقصي نقاط دنيا به ويژه كشورهاي اسلامي در اين همايش حضور داشتند، اظهار داشت: در اين همايش پيام رئيس جمهور اسلامي ايران قرائت شد كه مورد استقبال خوب حضار قرار گرفت.
وي با اشاره به محورهاي مهم پيام رئيس جمهور در اين همايش بيداري و عظمت جهان اسلام پس از جنگ 33 روزه حزب‌الله و جنگ 22 روزه مقاومت اسلامي فلسطين در برابر تجاوزات رژيم صهيونيستي، افشا كردن اقدامات جنايتكارانه رژيم صهيونيستي در سالگرد پيروزي مقاومت اسلامي فلسطين و لبنان، اقدام رژيم صهيونيستي در تغيير بافت بيت‌المقدس، تاكيد بر گزارش گلدستون و محكوم كردن سران رژيم صهيونيستي در مجامع بين‌المللي اشاره و سياست‌هاي اصولي جمهوري اسلامي ايران در حمايت از مردم فلسطين و جريان مقاومت در منطقه را از جمله محورهاي پيام رئيس جمهور براي همايش حمايت از مقاومت در لبنان عنوان كرد.
ميرتاج‌الديني در ادامه به ديدارهاي خود و هيئت ايراني با رئيس جمهور، نخست‌وزير، رئيس مجلس، علما و رهبران حزب‌الله و مقاومت اسلامي حماس اشاره كرد و افزود: در ديدار با رئيس جمهور لبنان خوشنودي جمهوري اسلامي ايران از اصول مورد توافق بين گروه‌هاي سياسي لبنان اعلام شد.
وي با بيان اينكه حمايت جمهوري اسلامي ايران از امنيت در كشورهاي اسلامي و نيز مقاومت در برابر تجاوزات رژيم صهيونيستي از جمله محورهايي بود كه رئيس جمهور لبنان اعلام شد، خاطرنشان كرد: رئيس جمهور لبنان نيز ضمن تاكيد روابط بين دو كشور از حمايت‌هاي اين كشور در خصوص فن‌آوري صلح‌آميز هسته‌اي ايران ياد كرد.
معاون پارلماني رئيس جمهور با اشاره به ديدار خود و هيات ايراني با نخست‌وزير لبنان گفت: وي در آمادگي كابينه خود براي افزايش و تحكيم مناسبات با دولت جمهوري اسلامي ايران تصريح كرد و نسبت به سفر به ايران اظهار علاقه نمود.
وي در ادامه به ديدار خود با رئيس مجلس لبنان اشاره كرد و گفت: نبيه بري نيز در اين ديدار خاطرنشان كرد كه پارلمان‌هاي كشورهاي اسلامي بايد بيدار باشند چرا كه اخيرا كنگره آمريكا قانوني را تصويب كرده كه بايد كشورهاي منطقه از كانال‌هاي حامي جريان مقاومت در منطقه جلوگيري كند.
ميرتاج‌الديني اين نكته را اضافه كرد كه بايد نمايندگان مجلس شوراي اسلامي نيز نسبت به اين اقدام كنگره آمريكا واكنش نشان دهند.
وي با بيان اينكه رئيس مجلس لبنان در ايستادگي و تداوم حمايت جمهوري اسلامي ايران از مقاومت تاكيد داشت، افزود: رئيس مجلس لبنان با اشاره به حوادث داخلي ايران تاكيد كرد كه كشورهاي غربي در خصوص حوادث ايران بزرگنمايي كردند چرا كه همواره در هر كشوري اقليتي از مخالفان وجود دارد.
معاون رئيس جمهور به ديدارهاي خود با رهبران حزب‌الله و حماس اشاره كرد و افزود: موضوع جنگ رواني رژيم صهيونيستي عليه كشورهاي منطقه از جمله مواردي بود كه در اين ديدارها مورد بحث و بررسي قرار گرفت.
وي افزود: در ديدار با خالد مشعل تاكيد شد كه مسئله حمايت از فلسطين و دفاع از مقاومت جزو اصول نظام جمهوري اسلامي است و ما در تداوم اين راه ادامه خواهيم داد.
وي با اشاره به ديدار مهم خود با سيد حسن نصرالله دبيركل حزب‌الله لبنان گفت: دبيركل حزب‌الله لبنان در خصوص مسائل داخلي ايران سئوالاتي را پرسيد و بر روي اين نكته تاكيد داشت كه از مسائل داخلي ايران نگران نيست چرا كه ملت و رهبري ايران را مي‌شناسد و با وجود رهبري مدبر و حكيم نبايد نگران مسائل ايران بود.
وي اين را هم اضافه كرد كه سيد حسن نصرالله از كمك‌هاي كشورمان و حمايت‌هاي صادقانه رئيس جمهور از مقاومت لبنان قدرداني كرد.
وي با اشاره به ديدار خود با علامه سيد حسن فضل‌الله از مراجع تقليد شيعيان لبنان اظهار داشت: هيئت ايراني به دليل مواضع روشن وي در برابر ايران از وي قدرداني كرد.
وي با بيان اينكه علامه فضل‌الله در اين ديدار حمايت خود را از جمهوري اسلامي و رهبري ايران اعلام كرد، افزود: علامه فضل‌الله در اين ديدارها اين نكته را نيز خاطرنشان كرد كه رهبري معظم انقلاب داراي مواضع حكيمانه در مسائل داخلي ايران است و با سابقه طولاني در مديريت كشور ايران اين كشور را همچون امام خميني به خوبي اداره خواهد كرد.
معاون پارلماني رئيس جمهور با بيان اينكه علامه فضل‌الله در خصوص روابط ايران و مصر نيز نكاتي را اشاره كرد، گفت: هيئت ايراني اين نكته را به علامه فضل‌الله اعلام كرد كه مانع اصلي در تقويت روابط ايران و مصر مواضع اين كشور در برابر جريان مقاومت در منطقه است.
به گزارش فارس معاون پارلماني رئيس جمهور در بخش ديگري از گفتگوي خود در پاسخ به سئوال فارس در خصوص دغدغه‌هاي بوجود آمده در ميان مردم در خصوص قانون هدفمند كردن يارانه‌ها و تدابير دولت در اين زمينه اظهار داشت: دولت در خصوص اجراي كامل قانون هدفمند كردن يارانه‌ها تدابير زيادي انجام داده و مي‌دهد ضمن آنكه جلسات كارگروه اقتصادي دولت هر روز جلسه دارد و همه ابعاد اجراي لايحه قانون هدفمند كردن يارانه‌ها را بررسي مي‌كند.
وي افزود: دولت اقلام مورد نياز جامعه را نيز از مدت‌ها قبل پس از خريداري ذخيره كرده تا مشكلي در اين خصوص در جامعه نداشته باشد ضمن آنكه نظارت دقيقي در مراحل لايحه هدفمند كردن يارانه‌ها دارد تا تاثيرات افزايش حامل‌هاي انرژي در خروجي كالاها را پيگيري و نظارت كند.
ميرتاج‌الديني در خصوص نگراني‌ها برخي درباره تورم انتظاري پس از اجراي لايحه هدفمند كردن يارانه‌ها گفت: اين گونه نگراني‌ها معمولا تخميني است و اگر قانون هدفمند كردن يارانه‌ها بصورت كامل اجرا شود جاي نگراني نيست.
وي با بيان اينكه با توجه به تصويب مجلس و نظر دولت همه مردم مشمول يارانه‌ها خواهند شد، افزود: هيچ دهكي در هدفمند كردن يارانه‌ها از گرفتن يارانه حذف نخواهد شد اما در اين خصوص دهك‌هاي مختلف با برنامه يارانه‌ها را دريافت مي‌كنند.
معاون پارلماني رئيس جمهور برخي گمانه‌زني‌ها در خصوص نرخ دريافت هزينه يارانه‌ها را تخميني عنوان كرد و گفت: هنوز نرخ دولت در اين خصوص اعلام نشده است.
وي در پاسخ به سوال در خصوص زمان ارائه برنامه بودجه از سوي رئيس جمهور به مجلس اظهار داشت: بودجه سال 89 از سوي دولت آماده شده و هفته آينده با حضور رئيس جمهور به مجلس ارائه مي‌شود.
وي با اشاره به محورهاي بودجه امسال گفت: مصوبات سفرهاي استاني در بودجه امسال مورد توجه قرار گرفته ضمن آنكه افزايش بودجه‌هاي عمراني نيز يكي ديگر از ويژگي‌هاي بودجه امسال است.
ميرتاج‌الديني تهيه و بررسي همزمان لايحه هدفمند كردن يارانه‌ها و لوايح برنامه پنجم توسعه و بودجه سال 89 را يكي از عوامل تاخير ارائه بودجه امسال به مجلس عنوان كرد و ابراز اميدواري كرد كه با تلاش مضاعف نمايندگان بودجه امسال و برنامه پنجم توسعه بررسي شود.
وي با بيان اينكه دولت بودجه 89 را با نگاه به برنامه پنجم توسعه تدوين كرده است خاطرنشان كرد: نمايندگان مي‌توانند با نگاه به برنامه پنجم توسعه بودجه امسال را نيز بنويسند.
معاون پارلماني رئيس جمهور در پاسخ به اينكه قيمت نفت در بودجه امسال چه ميزان خواهد بود افزود: اين امر پس از آنكه بودجه در مجلس مورد بررسي قرار گرفت مشخص مي‌شود اما نظر وزارت نفت در خصوص قيمت نفت قيمتي بالاتر از 60 دلار است. اگر چه در اين زمينه بايد ثبات بازار نفت نيز مدنظر قرار گيرد.
